You will be responsible for direct labor tasks related to the assembly of products for homebuilding operations. You will be expected to perform your role with a high focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
First shift hours are 6:00am - 3:30pm (Monday -Thursday) and 6:00am - 10:00am (Friday)
Second shift hours are 3:30pm - 2:30am (M-Th). (Includes Pay differential)
Qualifications
Prior experience with hand tools, nail guns, and staple guns preferred, but not required
Ability to read a tape measure
Experience with framing, mill work, trim and other related construction skills highly desirable
Excellent attendance record
Ability to work in a strong safety-focused environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, details available upon interview
Willingness to work as a team to achieve productivity goals
Ability to work inside or outside as required
